So you've joined our coalition... DADDY KYLE WELCOMES YOU
By supporting this project in the way you just have, you’ve brought us one step closer to making history. Hollywood has long been a gate-kept industry, one that rarely creates new opportunity for young creatives. Through social media, control is being returned to the people, and our cries for bold new original stories has become louder than ever. You have my sincerest gratitude for deeming this specific story, one so dear to my heart, as one that is deserving of being told, and you have my full determination in aiming to deliver something even better than we could have imagined.

It’s the start of the year, and it feels personal. Two and a half years with no progress in financing this film. But what has happened in this time? Well, I built YOOF - the talent management side of our Gen-Z initiative. And it’s booming. Limitless ambitions, genuine commercial prospects, real talents. I’d finally discovered where my creative peers were flocking to while Hollywood has it’s doors so firmly shut on us. Despite our talent management scaling at such an incredible rate, partnering with the biggest companies in the world, signing the most sought-after digital creators, I still had this burning desire to tell this story whilst I could still speak from a place of recent (dare I say, present) perspective. I couldn’t wait any longer. I drafted a plan to bring the character to life via a carefully curated satire social media campaign (leveraging Mike’s legendary meme-status & our our network of TikTok-native comedic geniuses), sent the idea over to Mike and well, you’re now here… so I’m assuming he said yes?

After months hounding Mike O’Hearn’s PT email address to no response, I receive an Instagram notification that Mike O’Hearn is going live. I join the livestream, and spam comment “I want to cast you in a Feature Film shooting in London England this summer. Who do I speak to?”… “Mona! Look at this. DM us and we’ll hit you back” says Mike. A few meetings, pitch-decks and script reviews later, Mike O’Hearn officially attaches himself to our then dormant project.

After isolating myself in a Welsh lighthouse for 6 weeks listening to Beabadoobee, I’ve left with the script to my first ever Feature Film, “Impressionable”.
